New Leadership at EMB Management

Seattle, WA – EMB Management is proud to announce Corey Recla as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Headquartered in Bellevue, EMB is the premier property services company in the Pacific Northwest.
Corey Recla has over 10 years of community association management industry experience, and has a background in long term maintenance planning and physical plant maintenance. Prior to EMB, he worked with another area management company as the Executive Officer and ran the maintenance division.
Mr. Recla holds designations as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). He attended college at Boise State University, and is the current President on the Board of Directors for Washington State Community Associations Institute (CAI®).
Mr. Recla said, “Having served community associations throughout Washington for over 15 years, EMB Management is an established leader in our industry. I’m thrilled to be leading such a great group of people and a wonderful organization.”
