Corey Recla, PCAM® - Chief Executive Officer
Corey has worked in the community association management industry for over 10 years and has a background in long term maintenance planning and physical plant maintenance. Prior to coming to EMB, he worked with another local management company as the Executive Officer and ran the maintenance division. Corey holds designations as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). Corey attended college at Boise State University, and is the current President on the Board of Directors for Washington State Community Associations Institute. He enjoys archery, hunting, fishing and traveling with his girlfriend to dog shows with our Yorkshire Terriers.
Kim Gratzer, CMCA® - Director of Association Managers and Maintenance
Kim has been with EMB Management since its beginning. She has managed community associations and rental properties since 1988. Kim has certifications in small business and business management and has earned her CMCA through Community Associations Institute. She is currently responsible for training and relations with the Association Managers, Admin and Maintenance departments at EMB Management.
