As a highly skilled problem solver and motivational team player, she is proficient in all aspects of her role, including strategic planning, contract review and negotiations, budget preparation, financial management, and project coordination, as well as the implementation of communication strategies and procedural processes. In the state of Washington, Kristen was named the 2019 Washington State Community Manager of the Year and nominated for the award in three other years.
