Branch 101 Training Webinar: WUCIOA 2026 Updates

With the recent requirements imposed by the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA), community associations across Washington State are facing new legal and operational obligations.

Associa EMB Management took multiple steps to help their client communities understand and implement the changes, including hosting a webinar going over the requirements and their practical impacts. Hosted by Lauren Olson and Chawisa Laicharoenwat of Peryea Silver Taylor, the event provided an opportunity for boards to be proactive in protecting their communities.
